Dr. David McKalip, a Florida neurosurgeon who serves as a member of the American Medical Association's House of Delegates thought the picture below was "funny stuff" and forwarded it to his buddies at healthcare-freedom-tea-party@googlegroups.com and tea-party-patriots-health-care-reform-committee@googlegroups.com.

Has it come to this? Is this how low the level of discourse has fallen in this country?

More importantly, is this what the counter-argument to health care reform has dissolved into? Race bating and inaccurately throwing the term 'socialism' around in order to scare the dimwitted masses into betraying their own interests by backing large corporations who are scared shitless their days of fleecing the American people might be coming to an end?

Defending your position with this type of material is juvenile. Debates of this nature usually found in the middle school lunch line - not being waged by doctors who are actually part of the system.

Ironic that a neurosurgeon is capable of something so brainless.
