I'm surfing the web over my lunch hour and I tried to surf to President Obama's Glee page (editor: Glee is a social networking site for the LGBT community) only to see this:
How discriminatory! I surfed to Obama's Asian Ave page and that worked fine. So I guess Asian interest sites are fine just not gay interest sites.
I wonder how it would go over with the black people I work with if my shitbag company filtered "Black interest sites".

Next time... the name of the company would be nice.

- 373 days agoMy company does this too. I would leave their name, but who knows if they could trace it back to me! To the benefit of the company, they also filter some of the hate spewing white power type websites. I don't recall the category it gets on Websense, but I am glad that people can't pass around hate mongering sites at work.
